Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free in-store returns and easy mail-in options within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or accessories back into their original shoe box or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
